The Coaching Process

Holistic living coaching sessions are a safe, supportive experience designed to assist you through difficult times and help you find clarity from within. Many techniques and tools can be used within the holistic coaching process, but the emphasis is always on facilitating self-discovery and self-healing.

In our coaching sessions you are guided to recalibrate and understand life from a different perspective, and are supported to make deep change to restores wellness and balance in your life.

I practice as a qualified Holistic Living Coach and hold a Diploma in Holistic Living Coaching and an Advanced Certificate in Holistic Communications – both qualifications are from the Holistic Living Training Institute, an approved training provider of the International Institute of Complementary Therapies (IICT).

I strive to support the mental health and wellbeing of people of diverse genders and sexualities, including the LGBTIQ communities and their families and friends.

How many sessions will you need

The coaching process starts with a free 30 min consultation over the phone or online. This is to help both coach and client assess if and how holistic living coaching can best help. The journey from thereon is an individual one and the duration of the coaching required depends on each person’s needs and goals.

I usually recommend an initial commitment of 4 to 6 sessions to fully benefit from the work we do together. Through this, I offer ‘support tools’ that you can use in your day to day life to better handle emotionally challenging situations.

Cost of sessions

All sessions are for 1 hour, although longer appointments can be arranged. Coaching sessions are face-to-face, by telephone, or online (Skype, Zoom).

– Single session: $100

– Single session – Concession: $85

– Package of 4 sessions: $360
