Why Holistic Living Coaching

Life can throw a lot of challenges our way – relationship breakdown, midlife crisis, career upheaval, family conflict, social/emotional impairment (anxiety, depression, fear) – and often in the thick of it there doesn’t seem to be a way out or a way forward.

As a holistic coach I support you during such time by helping you make sense of the issues you are facing and develop the strategies to overcome your emotional struggles, while providing you with the mental tools to take back control of your life.

The emphasis of the work we do together is cultivating self-healing, personal growth and transformative change. In our sessions you are empowered to understand life from a different perspective and are guided to make deep change to regain clarity, balance and purpose in your life.

Holistic Living Coaching, simply explained, is a healing therapy that empowers the person to access their own inner wisdom to create and live a more conscious, fulfilled life. The holistic approach to coaching focuses on the person as a ‘whole’ and considers the mind, body, spirit and emotions as interconnected. By focusing on you and your whole experience, the flow and balance of your life is addressed, and unhealthy patterns are rectified and improved, promoting greater self-understanding and personal growth.

My coaching style is gentle, personable and respectful, with a whole lot of emotional honesty and a good dose of humour.
