Holistic Living Coaching is a safe and transformative process which promotes self-understanding and personal growth in a way that brings focus, direction and purpose to your life.
The holistic approach to coaching focuses on the individual as a ‘whole’ and regards a person’s emotions, mind, body and spirit as fundamentally interconnected. Unlike traditional counselling of dealing with the symptoms of an issue, a holistic living coach aims to uncover the underlying causes by taking the entire human being and their life experiences into consideration.
Holistic Living Coaching aims at empowering you to discover and access your own inner wisdom and healing capability to live a healthier, more balanced life. When holistic balance is experienced, a person’s full potential in love, career, health, happiness and inner peace are attained.

As your holistic living coach I work with you on multiple levels – emotional, mental, physical and spiritual – to help you identify deep-rooted issues and guide you towards finding resolution, while providing you with the support and mental tools to regain clarity, balance and purpose in your life.
My coaching style is gentle, personable, genuine and respectful, with a whole lot of emotional honesty and a good dose of humour. Our sessions are a safe supportive space for you to share your thoughts and feelings, self-reflect and heal.
